I've spent the last three years building things that require consistency more than talent: a weekly community that hasn't missed its cadence, a partner network built from nothing, and cross-functional projects that stay on schedule because someone is watching the details.
My work sits at the intersection of project coordination, community building, and design — and I'm actively deepening a fourth: product management, learning how to turn ideas into things people actually use.
I care about excellence as a practice, not a slogan. That shows up in how I run a Monday-night gathering as much as it does in how I structure a client deliverable.
